CBLTAC possesses audio, projector, and screen equipment for our lectures suitable for ballroom-sized audiences. For all other inquiries, or for a custom created seminar, please feel free to contact us.
Invoice includes the information you have provided as well as presentation, travel, and lodging costs. If you desire a non- itemized invoice, please request in the comments box.
Unless there is a special circumstance (e.g. conference blocked hotel rooms), CBLTAC reserves travel and lodging. CBLTAC makes all attempts to book the least expensive rates reasonably possible for airfare, rental, and hotel costs. Travel distances are determined using Google Maps.
CBLTAC reserves the right to require prepayment for services in special rare circumstances.
Please make any special requests in the comments section in the electronic form (e.g. equipment needs, travel, etc.). Please make arrangements to begin at the scheduled time. Instructor(s) will arrive at least 30 mins early.
